Print This Page Austrians to Build Biomass Power Plants in Croatia
CROATIA - Austrian alternative energy company, Kelag Wärme is to install five biomass plants and a wind park in Croatia.The deal follows the first Croatian-Austrian business forum, held last week in Klagenfurt, Austria.
The forum heard that just one of the plants is worth €30 million, according to Emportal.
At the forum Croatian wood processing companies invited Austrian companies to make offers to build heat and electricity co-generation energy facilities from wooden pallets.
Kohlbach already has several smaller facilities and intends to install new ones. The next meeting was scheduled for mid October in Zagreb.
