US - Several Boston hotels say they are banding together to have their used vegetable oil converted into biodiesel fuel.
The hotels participating in the collaboration include the Seaport Hotel, the Lenox Hotel and the Ramada Inn Boston, the Seaport Hotel, reports Boston.com.
Plans call for Wachusett Bio-Mass, a biofuel manufacturer based in Gardner, to process the used vegetable oil into biodiesel fuel to help reduce carbon dioxide emissions that contribute to global warming.
