The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute International Renewable Energy Conference and Exhibition

IRELAND - The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute, is one of the world's leading providers of scientific research and services to government, non-governmental and commercial organisations.

The International Renewable Energy Conference and Exhibition (IREC08) will showcase the latest technological developments in the renewable energy sector with a particular focus on the business opportunities that exist within Northern Ireland for developing renewable energy infrastructure and applications on a local community scale.

  • IREC08 will bring together high profile speakers and delegates from the renewable energy industry as well as key decision makers and stakeholders from government and the public sector.


  • Outlining the specific business opportunities that exist in Northern Ireland within the renewable sector, IREC08 will present exemplar best practice models for successfully delivering renewable infrastructure locally, nationally and internationally.


  • IREC08 will highlight how private equity, government and industry can successfully work together in developing business opportunities in the renewable sector and will act as a catalyst for the further development of renewable energy infrastructure locally.
